　　Description: The 85 series is a small profile, media compatible, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a 316L stainless steel housing. The Model 85 is offered in a weldable package or with a variety of threaded fittings such as 1/4 and 1/8NPT, 1/4BSP as well as custom process fittings. The sensing package utilizes silicone oil to transfer pressure from the 316L stainless steel diaphragm to the sensing element.

　　产品描述: 85系列是一款小型硅压阻压力传感器，兼容多种介质，316L不锈钢封装。传感器可采用焊接安装或多种螺纹接口如1/4NPT，1/8NPT，1/4BSP等，并可按照客户要求定制。施加在316L不锈钢膜片上的压力通过硅油传导至传感元件。
